Wayfinding Days
Something happens when you walk with other people. The pace slows. The conversation deepens. The questions you've been carrying start to feel a little more possible.
I'm hosting one more Walk with Me Wayfinding Days this summer. It's free, lower-intensity walks designed for gentle movement, quiet, and real conversation about finding our way through whatever terrain we're in. Our June walk is more of a hike, so take that into consideration when you sign up.
Each walk begins with individual intentions (spoken or quietly held), moves into shared silence, and opens into reflection and conversation as we near the end. Come as you are. Bring whatever you're carrying.
Why walk alone when you can walk with others?

Registration for Walk with Me Wayfinding Day on Tuesday, June 30,
is now open:

Wayfinding is the practice of finding your way through unfamiliar terrain—not just on a trail, but in a life. It's what happens when you slow down long enough to notice where you are, what you're carrying, and what might be calling you forward. Walking is how I teach it, because something about moving through the world on foot makes it easier to hear yourself think. These days are for anyone who is ready to pay attention, to notice, to become more aware of the path they are on and where they are headed.
